Overview
The Site Safety & Health Officer Course is a six-week on-line program designed to equip participants with essential skills in managing safety and health on construction sites. Prerequisites for the Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) course include completion of the OSHA 30-hour training, which provides essential safety awareness and hazard recognition skills. Additionally, participants must have completed the EM-385.1.1 course, which focuses on safety and health requirements specific to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects. These prerequisites ensure that candidates possess the foundational knowledge necessary for effective safety management in construction environments.
